Beneficiaries:
1) his wife Mary Walton to have the same dower rights as if he had died intestate
2) $400 to be divided equally among the children (William, John T., Polly, Rhoda) of his deceased son Meshack Walton
3) $300 to be divided equally among the children (Narcissa, Polly M., Mahada C.) of his deceased daughter Elizabeth Lunsford
4) $10 to be divided equally among the children (Narcissa, George W., Thomas, James) of his deceased daughter Rebecca Chapman
5) 1/8 of the residue to Nancy Walton, widow of his deceased son William, and her 3 children
