The burial record refers to "the child to Mr Francois Crilis & Md Lorin". Another child named Michael is born in 1835.

Michel was buried July 3. Two black boys belonging to Mr Francois Crilis were also buried in July (July 5 and July 9). It seems likely that they all died of the same illness.
