MISSOURI DEATH CERTIFICATE 31646:

Theophile Laramie, farmer, died in Florissant, St Ferdinand Township, St. Louis Co., Missouri October 21, 1915. He was said to be 92 years old born on an unknown date in 1923.

His tombstone says 1827.

The following marriage record (60/178) is probably for Therese's older sister Aurore. Therese was too young to marry in 1840, and there is independent evidence that Baptiste Chapuis was Aurore's second husband. I have not found Baptiste Chapuis in the census either in 1840 or in 1850.
