Allen Duckworth is not in the 1820 census either in Georgia or Mississippi. His wife is in the 1830 census in Monroe Co., Mississippi.

Tax lists for Warren Co., Georgia can be seen for 1794, 1801, 1805, and 1817-18 at familysearch.org.

In 1817 Allen Duckworth lives in Capt. Rowland's district (image 212/480). He has no slaves and 56.5 acres on White's Creek adjoining Reese. Benjamin Reese's entry is 5 away from that of Allen Duckworth. Benjamin owns 6 slaves and 303 acres on White's Creek adjoining Carter. His land seems to be in a tract originally granted to Duckworth. Allen Duckworth's land seems to be in a tract originally granted to Ansley and Duckworth.

In 1818 Allen Duck lives in Capt. William's district (image 257/480). He has no slaves and 56.5 acres on White's Creek adjoining Reese and originally granted to Ansley etc. Benjamin Reese and Hugh Reese have contiguous entries on image 259/480. Both adjoin Carter; Benjamin in on White's Creek and Hugh is on B. B. C. (Big Brier Creek).

DEATH:

The fact that his wife has 4 children <5 in the 1830 census indicates that her husband died shortly before 1830, maybe in Georgia, maybe in Mississippi.

In 1850 Jeremiah Rees lives at 338/351. William Reese (29, Al) lives at 331/344. Samuel Rees (26, Ms) lives at 347/360. William Duckworth (32, Ga) lives at 348/361), and Allen Duckworth (23, Ms) is at 349/362). Jas. Duckworth (24, Ms) lives at 209/218.

AGE:

If Thirza was 40-50 in 1830 and 40-50 in 1840, she was born in about 1790. The older woman in 1840 may be her stepmother Elizabeth Newsom. Assume that Thursy Duckworth and Elz Duckworth are the same person.
