His father lives at 153/158, and his brother Andy Essex lives at 167/172.

LAND:

On October 6, 1880 William's parents gave him an 80 acre tract in Washington Co. with the stipulation that it would remain in their possession during their lifetimes. See notes under Isaac Essex. On November 18, 1881 William Essex and Mary Jane Essix, his wife, sold that tract to Ella E. Guthrie for $200. (Washington County Deed Records H2/75)
