By June 6, 1829 Washington Reece is dead. On that date a commissioner appointed by the Circuit Court in Madison Co., Kentucky sells the interest of his son and heir Washington Reece in a tract of 80 acres in Madison Co. inherited from his parents, James and Nancy Reece.
