CENSUS:

On August 10, 1870 Sarah E. Hines (14, Ky, does house work) is living in the Somerset District of Pulaski Co., Kentucky, in the household of William F. Richardson (51, Baptist minister) and his wife Barbara. Her younger brother James is also living in Somerset --- in the household of C. W. Richardson (46, stock trader).

TWO FIRST COUSINS NAMED SARAH E.:

Brothers Samuel and Joel had daughters named Sarah E. born in the mid 1850's. On August 10, 1870 Joel's daughter was an orphan living in the household of William F. Richardson and his wife Barbara. Samuel's daughter was not in his household on Aug 13, 1870 when the census was taken because she had married on July 20. The wedding was in the home of Samuel. Joel's daughter married later in 1879 in the home of Barbara Richardson.
