AGE:

On November 29, 1849 Moore Stephens was appointed to be his guardian (6/442). He was then 10 years old. See notes under his father.

DEATH:

On September 30, 1867 his guardian H. J. Sims reports to the Orphans' Court that Charles B. Hitt died after arriving at the age of 21 (11/138).
