General Notes: Wife - Elizabeth Hitt

According to the 1820 and 1830 censuses, Elizabeth was born between 1794 and 1800. In 1850 she is 55, and in 1860 she is 64. By 1820 she has had 4 children. The estimated birth date for her mother is 1780-84. Let's say 1796 for Elizabeth.

Elizabeth is mentioned in the 1840 petition asking for a partition of the estate of her grandfather Lazarus Hitt. See notes under Lazarus.
