The 1880 census suggests that she was born in 1875. The date in Find-a-Grave is October 9, 1874. Only the year "1874" is engraved on the tombstone. The date in James Boyd Hitt's transcription of the family Bible that belonged to his father James A. Hitt is November 8, 1874.
