On page 461 of Parker in America Stiles O. Parker makes the following statement about his uncle, Stiles J.:

Stiles J. of the 6th, married Nabby Searles. Children: Daniel, Zenas, Edwin --- 7th generation.

In "Abstracts from Miscellaneous Delaware County, Ohio, Newspapers 1821-1857" (Delaware Co. Genealogical Society, 1992) we find

Olentangy Gazette, May 12, 1854:
Died on the 9th inst. at his residence Mr. Stiles Parker aged 54 years and 11 days.
