Divides "Worldly Estate" between sister Mary Hindes, her second son Jonathan Hindes, third son James, daughter Mary Hindes; sister Abigail Lee (under age), brother-in-law Edward Spining, brother John Lee and his son Elihue. House and lots in Elizabeth Town on the country road, adjoining Charles Tooker, 4 acres in Raway meadows, derived from father Thomas Lee, 15 acres in Elizabeth Town next to William Miller. Personal property. Brother-in-law Edward Spining sole executor. Witnesses--Samuel Whitehead, Samuel Bounell and James Hindes junior.
Proved September 24, 1705. Executor sworn in October 23, 1705.
