Income from January 1, 1834 until January 1, 1844 consists mostly of a large sum from the administrator and an annual amount from hiring the Negroes. Payments are made from February 5, 1835 until a final payment is made on December 31, 1844 to John T. Mann. His receipt in full is $5128.94.
