This person is referred to as 'Talliaferro' in his father's will and in each of two deeds involving the inheritance of his mother's dower. He signs the second of those deeds (25 May 1827) as B. T. Rees. 'B.' is probably 'Benjamin'.

He presumably died between 25 May 1827 and the 1830 census.
