Hannah, the second child of Samuel and Experience Parker, was born April 20, 1728. The year in that date is unambiguous. In the town records of Coventry, Connecticut, as recorded in the book by Dimock, Ephraim, the first child, is said to have been born March 3, 1727. That date has to be New Style in order not to conflict with the birth date of the second child. Samuel and Experience were married March 24, 1726 according to Dennock. That date also has to be New Style in order not to conflict with the birth date of the first child.
