James Parker was the bondsman when Lucy Parker married Hugh Richardson, and in 1820 Hugh Richardson is living next to James Parker. Thus it seems highly probable that Lucy is James's daughter.

In 1831 Lucy A. Richardson marries Henry Stansifer in Campbell Co. The 1850 census in Boone Co., Kentucky shows that she was born about 1808. Thus she is not Lucy Parker.
