Brothers-in-law Jonas Belknap and Stiles Parker live in Bristol in the same county. Phin's (Phineas) is a first cousin once removed of Stiles and of the wives of Jonas and Abijah. It is not clear who Jas. Parker is; he and Abijah Wright are also living side by side in 1820 and in 1830. Elisha and Elijah Belknap are sons of Jonas Belknap.

Phineas is not in the 1820 census in Ontario Co. He has probably died.

LAND in ONTARIO, CO.:

On April 23, 1812 Phineas Parker of the town of Honeoye in the county of Ontario buys for $200 a rectangular tract of land west of land owned by Philip Short (17/19, 17/18). On April 1, 1819 Phineas Parker of the town of Richmond in the county of Ontario sells this tract for $100 to Silas Adams Parker of the same place subject to a life estate for himself and his wife Martha (38/285). The tract is said to be in the town of Richmond. On September 10, 1831 Silas A. Parker of Richmond sells the tract to Philip Short for $526 (51/421). James Parker is mentioned in another deed on 51/421. He might be a relative, but he is probably a land speculator. He appears frequently in the index.
