TWINS:

I do not know whether Lula Ann and her twin sister Julia Ann were identical or not. I have a photograph of their half sister Alice and her twin sister Ada Lecy made when they were more or less 40 years old. It shows clearly that they were identical.

BIRTH YEAR:

The birth date in the 1900 census for both Lula Ann and her twin sister Julia Ann is September 1868, which is consistent with Julia Ann's obituary and with both of their death certificates. The date on Julia Ann's tombstone is September 1, 1869. I conclude they were born September 1, 1868.
