September the 28th 1836
I Henry Baugh, of Pulaski County, State of Kentucky do hereby make my last will and Testament in maner and form following -- that is to say - I D.
1st I desire that my wife Peggy Baugh live with my son Henry Baugh as she is not able to take care of herself
2nd I give to my son Henry Baugh two Cows and two head of Sheep and one Horse beast, and if there be any other live property, not herein mentioned, which I have heretofore given to my son Henry, it is my will for him to _____ Also some Household and Kitching furniture too tedious herein to mention -- Also I give to my son Henry Baugh all my Pension Money which I have or may receive. Also that he holds the Land which he now lives on acording to the deed that I have made unto him for the same
3rd I give to my son Adam Baugh all the personal property that he has heretofore received of me and the land which he now lives on according to the Deed mad unto him by me for the same
4th I give unto my son John Baugh and my daughter Barbry Hines, and my daughter Peggy Young and my [son] Christopher Baugh, and my daughter Christene Hendric[kson] and my daughter Eve Burnes and my son William Baugh and my Daughter Katharine Cormany all the property that they have heretofore received of me as their proportionable [share] of my estate.
And Lastly, I do hereby constitute and appoint my son Henry Baugh Executor of this my last Will and Testament hereby revoking all other or former Wills or Testaments by me heretofore made. In Witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand and fixed my seal this 28th day of September in the year 1836.

This instrument of writing was produced to the court as the last will and Testament of Henry Baugh dec'd and proven to be his act and deed by the oath of Hardin Newell and Aden Jones subscribing witnesses thereto, and ordered to be recorded, and the same is done accordingly
