pg 132 and Oct. 1974 Supplement pg S-31: "Benjamin Rufus Grinstead (3/1/1847 - 12/6/1936) married 1/20/1870 Amanda Kate Rugh 6/12 or 15/1846, daughter of Michael Rugh. She was b. Greensburg, PA and died Feb. 8, 1933 in Scotland Co., MO. Benjamin was born in Jefferson County, IN ; died in Iowa City, IA. Benjamin Rufus was a Union soldier in the Civil War. Six children: Geogia, Ethel Lynn, Frank Leo, John Raymond, Lewis R., and Edgar Poe Grinstead."
