Be it rembered that I Agness J. Hitt of above state & coutny make this my last will: I give devise and bequeath to my widowed sister Susan Smith my whole Estate both real and personal after my depts are paid. her possision to last during her life time or widowhood then her Son John Smith shall inherit my whole estate

In witness wehreof I have signed and sealed and published and declared this instrument as my will
