On December 20, 1875 there is a settlement in Lincoln Co., Tennessee of the guardianship of H. W. Rees by W. H. Rees. This settlement follows the death of W. H. Rees, and it appears that after his death, H. W. Rees's new guardian is John H. Rees, the administrator of the estate of W. H. Rees. It appears that the ward (H. W. Rees) receives a substantial cash payment and releases W. H. Rees or his administator from any further liability.
