1804 is a compromise between the birth of her youngest child about 1847, her marriage in 1819 and her age in various censuses. Her tombstone indicates that she died August 24, 1874 and that her age was 65 years, 5 months, and 14 days. She was thus born March 10, 1809, which is inconsistent with the marriage date. The photograph of the tombstone at Find-a-Grave indicates that it is not original.
