William Featherstone Junior, March 12, 1739, page 580, 35 shillings, unto William Featherstone Junior a tract of 321 acres lying and being in the County of Prince George on the lower side of White Oak Swamp adjoining the lines of Robert West and Hugh Reece -- beginning at the water course of the said swamp in the line of the said West adjoining his line,
thence N8E 218 poles to a corner pine,
thence N37W 200 poles to a corner faced inwards by a valley,
thence W7S 28 poles to a corner pine,
thence W26S 98 poles to Cabbin Branch,
thence down the same as it meanders to Hugh Reece's line,
thence E22S 84 poles along the same to his corner hickory,
thence S22W 132 poles along one other of his lines to a corner white oak on the Beaver Ponds of the said Swamp,
thence down the same as it meanders to the beginning.
