General:

There is only one documentary mention of Elizabeth Grinstead. This occurs in the rather cryptic deed of gift acknowledged in court 20 Jul 1660 in which Elizabeth is specifically referred to as "the Daughter of William Greensted" and in which she and her two brothers John and William Grinstead are given some farm animals. See her father's profile for the text of the deed. Unlike John and William, Elizabeth is not mentioned in the 1667 will of John Parse, the second husband of Elizabeth's mother. Elizabeth probably died between 1660 and 1667.
