pg 137: "Francis Marion Grinstead (1/14/1829 - 1/14/1863) married 2/13/1850 (1) Mary Jane Gatewood (5/27/1827 - 12/23/1853). Mary Jane died shortly after the birth of the second child. After Mary Jane's death, Francis married (2) Margaret Thompson. Francis died while serving in the army during the Civil War; was said to have been buried at LaGrange, TN. Two children: William M. Grinstead; Theodore Grinstead (died in infancy; 11/11/1853 -- 12/17/1853; buried with his mother in Brush Creek Cemetery)."
