FORMER MAYOR DIES.
Louisville, Ky., Nov. 13.---James F. Grinstead, 76, former mayor of Louisville and for many years one of the Republican leaders of Kentucky, died at his home here Sunday. For several years Mr. Grinstead had been one of the commissioners of Jefferson county.
