Charity Hinkle married Martin Turpin in Wayne Co., Kentucky in 1812. Mary Hinkle married George Hinds in Wayne Co. in 1811. In 1850 in Breckinridge Co., Kentucky Charity and her husband Martin are living very close to Hamilton R. Hinds, a son of George and Mary. It seems probable that Charity and Mary are sisters.
