Jesse E. Hinkle, the second child, was born October 4, 1863, Mt. View, AR., and died February 27, 1931, McRae, AR. He married Sarah Clementine Vinson. They had seven children born between 1888 and 1912 at Mt. View, AR.

Joshua Madison Hinkle, the third child, was born December 23, 1866, Mt. View, AR., and died May 28, 1951, Haskell, TX. He married on February 14, 1900, to Ella Malona Payne. They had three children born between 1900 and 1906 at Mt. View, AR.

Andrew Cummings Hinkle, the fourth child, was born December 3, 1868, Mt. View, AR. He married Dora Haynes. They had two children, Ruby Pearl Hinkle Decker, born in 1912 at Haskell, TX., and Alvis C. Hinkle born in 1920 at Mt. View, AR.

Caldonia Meridia Hinkle, was born February 5, 1871, Mt. View, AR. She married Andrew Washington Lancaster on December 29, 1889, at Mt. View, AR. Andrew W. Lancaster was the son of William Ewing Lancaster and Amanda Wilson Lancaster. Andrew's twin brother, Benjamin Franklin Lancaster, married Julia Frances Hinkle (1877-1959), daughter of William Hollis Hinkle (1847-1939) and Katherine Bangs Hinkle (1847-1928), and granddaughter of Andrew J. Hinkle (1818-ca. 1870) and Mary Majors Hinkle (1819-1909). Andrew and Frank Lancaster's brother, Frederick Calhoun Lancaster married Rhoda Cassandra Beckham, the daughter of Joshua Mayberry Beckham and Catharine Hinkle Beckham (1819-1863). Andrew and Frank Lancaster's sister, Rhoda Elizabeth Lancaster, married Elihu Chris Beckham, son of Joshua Mayberry Beckham and Catharine Hinkle Beckham (1819-1863).

Caldonia M. Hinkle Lancaster and Andrew Lancaster had ten children between 1890 and 1912. The youngest, Cuma Ruby Lancaster Russell died in May, 2006, at Myrtle Point, Oregon. She was the last surviving grandchild of William Riley Hinkle born in 1828. Much of the information I have on the Hinkle family was obtained from Caldonia Hinkle Lancaster, my great grand aunt, with whom I commenced interviews in 1957 and continued such until her death in 1967.

Cora Delcinia Hinkle, the sixth child, was born March 6, 1874, Mt. View, AR. She married James Risener on December 30, 1896. They had two children, Bertha, born 1898, and Edgar, born 1900, both at Mt. View, AR.
