On 24 Mar 1791 Jonathan Jones and Bethsheba his wife of Chester Co., South Carolina sell to William Jones of the same place for 30 pounds sterling money of the state of South Carolina a tract containing by estimation 292 acres taken out of a tract of 485 acres granted 2 Oct 1786 to Jonathan Jones situated in the District of Camden on the waters of Sandy River east side of said river. The tract being conveyed is bounded by lands of Jonathan Jones Junr. Lands of James Adair and of Widow Morrow are mentioned.
