"Robert, the seventh child of James and Jerusha McCurdy, was born in 1707, and died on July 11th, 1767. He moved to America in 1750. He married Mary Jane Moore. Their children were John; David, who went to America; Robert, who went to America; Sarah, who married her cousin Robert of the "Cabry"; Jane, who married John Richmond; Susanna, who married a Mr. Gray; Rose, who married John Huey; Agnes, who married a Mr. Wallis; and Elizabeth."
