OBITUARY:
The following is copied from the Find a Grave webpage for Henry Nelson Parker:
From "The Sycamore True Republican"
"He removed with his parents to Kentucky in 1815, where he resided until his twenty-fourth year, when he removed to Spencer County, Ind. Mr. Parker resided in Indiana for fourteen years. In 1854 he removed to DeKalb county and purchased a farm in Kingston township where he lived until his death which occurred Monday, May 2, 1898. On July 22, 1884 in Campbell county, Ky., Mr. Parker was united in marriage to Miss Mary A. Stillwell. Eight children were born of their union, one of whom is Mr. Joseph Edmund Parker of Sycamore."
