Lucy V. married Rev. T. G. Harrison, a Southern Methodist, too. She with her husband and two sons and three daughters now live at Monticello, Wayne county, Ky., near where all the family were born.

Mrs. Lucy V. Harrison, aged 71, widow of the late Rev. Thomas G. Harrison, died at the family home on the Burnside Pike Monday afternoon at 4 o'clock. She had been in bad health for several years but was able to be about most of the time. She was taken very sick the first of last week and her son, Judge F.R. Harrison of Akron, Ohio sent for. She was considerably better from Friday to shortly before her death.

Deceased was a Miss Parker, and was a native of this county, having been born at Old Paisley. In early life she was married to Thomas G. Harrison, who for many years was a leading minister of the Methodist and did a splendid work in this and the Western part of the state. Mrs. Harrison is survived by two sons and three daughters, being: Atty J.P. Harrison of this city, Judge F.R. Harrison of Akron, Ohio, Mrs. C.C. Duncan and Misses Tommie and Lucy Harrison.

The funeral services were held at the residence at 10 o'clock Wednesday, being conducted by her pastor, Rev. J. Louis Piercy, after which the remains were taken to the Elk Creek cemetery for burial.
