General:
There are competing dates for Cynthia Ann Ping's birth date. At Find-a-Grave a photograph of an old tombstone gives her birth date as September 19, 1828 Handwritten below a photograph of her is 10 Oct 1842. The date listed at Find-a-Grave is 19 Sep 1839. Her death certificate says November 9, 1829. The death date is consistently February 12, 1925. A short death notice at Find-a-Grave, probably from a newspaper, says that she was 96. The census suggests a birth date around 1840. The minister who performed her marriage said that on 20 Oct 1854 she was about 19. Another marriage record says that she was 15.
