On July 30, 1737 John Bolling of Henrico Co. sells to William Pride of the same place for £30 5s a tract of land on the north side of Appomattox River in Henrico Co. and Dale Parish containing by estimation about __ acres "and called and known by the name of Locket Storehous and the Bake house" joining to the upper side of Pearces Stile Creek. Part of the said land was given to Major John Bolling, deceased, father to the said John Bolling, ______ to the _______ by the last will and testament of James Locket, deceased, the ______ purchased by the aforesaid Major John Bolling, deceased, of Thomas Locket.
