In the personal property tax lists of Dinwiddie Co., Virginia, Isham and Williamson are mentioned in 1794 as males over 16 in their father's household. Williamson is mentioned in 1792. Isham probably became 16 in about 1794, suggesting that he was born in about 1778. Based on the census he was born between 1775 and 1780.
