3 Nov 1795; James Hamilton, sheriff of Columbia Co., to James Reese of Columbia Co., son of Benjamin; $400; two tracts of land, one containing 200 acres out of a tract of 350 acres originally granted to John Oliver and the other containing 119 acres out of 250 acres originally granted to Samuel Oliver; 319 acres in Columbia Co. on waters of Upton's Creek and Middle Creek, bounded on the south by land of Jacob Smith, on the south west by lands of Matt McCrary & B.
