In the 1815 will of Isham Reese, Jordan is last in the list of children. He was probably the youngest child.

In 1818 and in 1820 in the tax records of Morgan Co., Georgia John C. Reese is the guardian of Jordan Reese. Jordan has no land, 3 slaves, and owes $.9375.

Floyd Co., Georgia probate records at Familysearch.org, "Wills, 1852-1918", "Vol. B 1862-1870", film # 282718, pg 243, image 141/378:

On April 4, 1864 John C. Reese swears in open court in Floyd Co. that Jordan Reese, deceased, died without any will so far as he knows and that he will truly administer the estate of the deaceased. On the same day he is appointed administrator of the estate.
