The following are from the parish records of Kaskaskia, Illinois (La population des forts français d'Amérique (XVIIIe siècle), Marthe F. Beauregard, Vol 2):

On January 10, 1782 Marie-Louise Bienvenue was the godmother of her younger brother Antoine. She was then almost 12 years old.

On September 19, 1786 Marie-Louise Delisle was the godmother of her younger sister Catherine. She was then 16 years old.

In the case of Antoine, the godmother is "Marie-Louise Bienvenue"; in the case of Catherine the godmother is more specifically "Marie-Louise Delisle, soeur de l'enfant". I assume that "Marie-Louise" is "Marie" born in 1770 and not "Marie-Anne" born in 1778.
