We don't know when Priscilla was born. 1760 is just a guess.

Priscilla Reese is mentioned on page 170 in DuVals of Kentucky from Virginia, 1794-1935: descendants and allied families:

"Humphrey Brooke DuVal married Mary (Polly) Anderson Clay, July 7, 1808. She was the only child of James and Priscilla (Reese) Clay, and was born in Dinwiddie County, Va., on June 10, 1792. Priscilla (Reese) Clay was a sister of Jordan Reese, a Virginia planter."

Jordan Reese is clearly a son of Capt. Hugh Reese. Priscilla is therefore a daughter of Capt. Hugh. That Capt. Hugh had a daughter named Priscilla strengthens the argument that Capt. Hugh is a son of the Hugh Reese whose daughter Priscilla was baptized in Bristol Parish in 1730. Capt. Hugh then named his daughter for his sister.
