Notes
General:
The following, slightly reformatted to improve readability, is from Byberry Waltons (Norman Walton Swayne, 1958), pgs 22-23:

29 BENJAMIN WALTON (3), born last day of 1st mo 1701, died 11.3.1753, buried at Fitzwaters in Upper Dublin Twp, son of 4 Daniel Walton & Mary Lamb of Byberry Twp, Phila. Co., Pa., married Sep. 2, 1724, at the house of Charles Read in Phila., Rebecca Homer, born about 1704, died 8.29.1783 or 8.7.1783, daughter of William Homer & Elizabeth Walmsley of Byberry Twp. The History of Byberry and Moreland says Benjamin was born about 1693, but his father's will names him 2nd among three younger sons, to inherit as they became 21. His birth is from an old Ms at Chester Co. Hist. Soc., which gives births and deaths of children of his son William.

The will of Benjamin of Biberry, yeoman, drawn 10.30.1753, just four days before death, proved in Phila. Dec. 15, 1753, named wife Rebecca and the nine children below. Sons Daniel and Benjamin were to have all the real estate, to be divided equa11y between them when Benjamin became 21.

12th mo 22nd 1724 Abington Mtg dealt with Benjamin Walton of Bibery and his now wife, both Friends, for marriage by a justice, and 2nd mo 26th 1725 a paper from Benjamin was read before the meeting, stating both were sorry, which gave satisfaction. In the Gilbert Cope Collection is a copy of marriage certificate of Benjamin Walton & Rebecca Hummer, which in 1860 was in possession of grandson 243 Israel Walton, who later lived in Moorestown, N. J., and in 1940 the certificate probably was in possession of Israel's granddaughter Margaret Houston Warrington Jones, daughter of 674, Susan B. Walton. Five Waltons who signed the certificate were Caleb, William, William, Joseph and Joshua.

The above history gives the 1st of the dates for Rebecca's death and Isaac Comly's obituary notes the 2nd. June 6, 1728 Benjamin & wife Rebecca sold for 60 pounds to William Homer their share of the estate of William Homer who was father of Rebecca and William. This grantee was presumably the William Homer who married 1st Benjamin's first cousin Mary Walton, and 2nd Benjamin's sister Mary Walton. 6 March 1743 Benjamin Walton of Bibury, Yeoman, & wife Rebecca, deeded to Joseph Caar of Warwick Twp, Weaver, for 175 pounds, 100 acres which was part of 200 acres rec'd 12 & 13 Feb. 1727 from Jeremiah Langhorne of Middletown. The recital goes back to William Penn. This was acknowledged 11 March 1743 by Benjamin & Rebekah, but recorded Aug. 23, 1799. 26 Nov. 1743 the same grantor gave a release to John Carles for 56 acres for 150 pounds. This was in Warminster Twp and had been rec'd 1 May 1733 from James Currie by name of James Corrie of Northampton Twp for 115 pounds. This was recorded 1791.

Births of these children and some other data for them are from Abington Mtg records:
