General:
The following is from Byberry Waltons (Norman Walton Swayne, 1958), pg 14:

6 BENJAMIN WALTON (3), died 1737, son of 2 Nathaniel Walton & Martha Bownall of Byberry Twp, Philadelphia Co., Pa., married Elizabeth. His will, drawn July 6, 1737, proved in Philadelphia Sep. 24, 1737, named mother Martha, wife Elizabeth executrix, brother Nathaniel and the four children below. Wife Elizabeth was to have the plantation in Bibury where I now dwell until son Benjamin is 21, he to have it then, and if he die sooner, then to son Nathaniel. This place had been deeded to Benjamin Feb. 27, 1734 by brothers Nathaniel and Malachi, executors of the will of their father. Benjamin had received also from his father April 10, 1727 for five pounds, 250 acres in Bucks Co., probably in Warwick Twp. The four children:
