On October 8, 1956 Tom R. Collins and Delma Reck, having been duly sworn, depose and say that their mother, Elizabeth B. Collins, died September 30, 1956 in Wichita Co., Texas where she was temporarily hospitalized, her permanent place of residence being Armstrong Co. She was married only once and her husband, I. N. Collins, died on or about January 6, 1928. They had 5 children: Tom R. Collins, Delma Reck married to Alfred Reck, Allie Rae Parker married to Robert M. Parker, Elizabeth N. Baker married to C. B. Baker, and Fred Collins, who died June 17, 1914 at age 14. Elizabeth B. Collins died without a will and left an estate of less than $10,000, all of said estate being in Armstrong Co.
