Notes
General:
The following, slightly reformatted to improve readability, is from Byberry Waltons (Norman Walton Swayne, 1958), pg 26:

34. JEREMIAH WALTON (3), born 9.23.1694, died 12.17.1740, son of
5 William Walton & Sarah Howell of Byberry Twp, Phila. Co., Pa., married 1718 or 1719 Elizabeth Walmsley, born 5.12.1699, died 2.19.1787, daughter of Thomas Walmsley & Mary Paxson. Abington Mtg minutes of 1st mo 30th 1719 say the marriage of Jeremiah with Elizabeth Wormsley was reported. March 21, 1740 letters in the estate of Jeremiah were issued in Phila. to widow Elizabeth. Her will was drawn 2.11.1775, of Moreland, proved Apr. 14, 1787.

In 1715 Jeremiah rec'd from his father 355 acres southeast of and adjoining the 200 acres brother Isaac rec'd from their father about the same time. This was on the edge of Hatboro, including a little of York Road, with Pennypack Creek running the whole width from NW to SE. Jeremiah lived, however, on a ten acres lot in the east corner of brother Isaac's 200 acres, on the south side of Byberry Road, and Isaac, who may have deeded this lot to Jeremiah earlier, confirmed it to his widow in 1742. Jeremiah's land was divided among three sons. 6.10.1763 Thomas & wife Mary with Jeremiah & wife Mary deeded to brother Jacob about 130 acres of their father's, he having died intestate about 12.19.1741 in Moreland leaving 343 acres. Daughter Rachel & husband Joseph Dunkan had in 1745 sold their right to the above Thomas. Daughter Mary & husband Isaac Janes had in 1753 sold their right to the above Jeremiah. Daughter Sary had in 1758 sold her right to Jeremiah. Son William & wife Phebe had in 1754 sold their right to the above Jacob. The same day in 1763 Thomas & wife Mary with Jacob & wife Mary deeded to brother Jeremiah about 131 acres of the same 343 acres. A map shows Thomas with 96 acres of the same 343. These three farms sum up to more than 343 acres, even a little above the original 355 acres. 5.1.1787 the same brothers, Thomas, Jeremiah and Jacob, each with wife Mary as above, with James Spencer of Upper Dublin deeded to David Kennedy ten acres, part of land conveyed 1739-1740 by John Harrison to Isaac Walton, by Isaac & wife Sarah in 1742 to Elizabeth Walton, widow, and devised by her to these three sons and daughter Sarah, whose will had devised her share to husband James Spencer. This deed shows Jeremiah's home was not on Isaac's 200 acres from their father, but on this other tract, possibly adjacent to that.

Dates of birth of these ten children of Jeremiah & Elizabeth are in records of Abington Mtg:
