The following is from Byberry Waltons (Norman Walton Swayne, 1958), pg 30:

47 SARAH WALTON (4), alive 1774, daughter of 7 Joseph Walton & Sarah, probably Roberts, of Byberry Twp, Phila. Co., Pa., married Feb. 2, 1757 at Trinity Oxford Church, William Francis, both then of Phila. Co. He died June 1774, shown by the will of William Francies or Frances of Abington, drawn 2 June 1774, proved in Phila. 22 June 1774, which named wife Sarah sole extrx, she to have land and messuage till yongest child is 18, then eldest son William to have the plantation in Abington, he to pay 60 pounds, being ten pounds to each of the other children, named as below. Witnesses were Abraham Tyson Jr, Thomas Dungan and Thomas Leach. The seven children:
