The following is from Byberry Waltons (Norman Walton Swayne, 1958), pg 36:

56 MARY WALTON (4), alive Feb. 6, 1777, when brother Nathaniel drew his will, probably died by 1791, since she was not mentioned in the will of her supposed husband, believed daughter of 17 Caleb Walton of Moreland Twp, Montgomery Co., Pa., is supposed in the Yerkes Gen. to have married by 1747 Josiah Yerkes, born in Moreland Nov. 28, 1718, died there Sep. 1793, who had a wife Mary by 1747, and they had a daughter Rebecca, probably the one named in the will of the above Nathaniel as his cousin. The Yerkes Gen. gives these seven children:
