The following is from Byberry Waltons (Norman Walton Swayne, 1958), pg 23:

30 NATHAN WALTON (3), born probably about 1703, alive 1718, son of 4 Daniel Walton & Mary Lamb of Byberry Twp, Phila. Co., Pa., died under age without issue, from a Phila. deed dated June 30, 1762, recorded 1828, by which Daniel Walton of Byberry Twp & wife Sarah granted to William Walton of same land willed in 1718 by 4 Daniel Walton to son Nathan. This was a third of what the will gave to younger sons Joseph, Benjamin and Nathan, and on Nathan's death had become the property of his eldest brother Samuel. This must have been the Nathan, young as he was, who 8.24.1705 with Daniel Walton, witnessed the marriage of Jedidiah Hussey of New Castle Co. with Esther Cooper of Phila. at Phila. Mtg House.
